Brilliant! Dr.Karp knows how to take a complex topic and make it easily understandable. His use of allegory is unique to the textual descritpions of complex molecular biology. A must have book for anyone interested in understanding targeted and personalized cancer threapy.
I am not an oncologist but am an academic physician who tries to follow the rapidly evolving literature. Each week the NEJM has a new molecular target and it is very hard to keep up. This beautiful handbook is a godsend. Highly recommended.
